I offer classes in Pilates and Yin yoga for groups and companies at studios and offices.

Each class is a unique mixture with inspiration from tai chi, feldenkrais, CAR, depending on the intention of the class and the need of its students.

  • Unwind your body’s muscle tension thorough intuitive movement.

  • Release physical and emotional tension with deep fascia stretches, breathing techniques and meditation.

  • Most important: Observe - where am I now? What do I want to achieve? How can I do that?

  • Rebuild posture, body-strength, posture or moving patterns, thinking patterns or behaviors through muscle strengthening exercises, movability exercises and meditation techniques.
